All of our orders are packaged with care from our shop in Bend, Oregon. We make every effort to ensure orders leave our shop within 2 - 5 business days.
Our advice during the holidays is -- Order as early as you can! We cannot guarantee that 100% of orders will be delivered timely; our carriers are doing their very best to deliver your packages, but we can't foresee all possible problems.
We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day.

However, if you don't, you are welcome to send items in for a refund or exchange - please see details below. Ahead of sending in your return, make sure your return meets all three requirements listed here:
1. If the item was purchased on our website, we will need the original order number. We will not accept any returns or exchanges from items that were purchased at one of our dealer locations - please contact store of purchase for assistance.
2. The item(s) needs to be unworn and in brand new condition
3 - Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
When returning the jewerly, please fill out the Return Form and include it with your item(s). If you are returning your jewelry for a refund, we ask that you cover the shipping expense to send it to us. If you are sending in an item for exchange, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us, however we are happy to cover the shipping costs when the exchange item is shipped back to you (US only).
If you happen to receive a wrong or defective item, please let us know, and we will provide a pre paid shipping label (US only).
Ship all returns or exchanges to the address below with the Return Form. Please carefully package your jewelry in a box or bubble wrap shipping envelope to avoid damages during shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages or damages to jewelry during shipment when items are sent to us for repair or return.
